1. Register your return
To register your return, simply contact info@cendurashop.com. Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary return information as soon as possible. Still no reply to your email within 24–48 hours? Most likely, it has already been answered, so please check your spam folder. Our reply may have ended up there! Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
2. Prepare your product
Properly and securely package the product you are returning, preferably in its original packaging. Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping.
3. Send us your package

Please use a suitable shipping provider with Track & Trace. The available shipping provider and shipping costs may vary depending on the country of shipment.
Return shipping costs
The direct costs of returning the item are to be borne by the customer. As returns are sent to our return address in China, higher shipping costs may arise, particularly for international returns. The exact return shipping cost depends on the country of shipment, the selected shipping provider, and the size and weight of the package. Cendura does not charge any additional return or restocking fees.
4. Have the purchase amount refunded to your account
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method after we receive your return. Where possible, items should be returned in their original condition and as undamaged as possible. The purchase amount will be refunded using the payment method you used. The refund will be initiated within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the return, using the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, it may then take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please note: Always contact our customer service before returning your order. Orders returned without prior contact cannot be refunded.
Hygiene products
A list of hygiene products that cannot be returned and are non-refundable (the list is not exhaustive): underwear, bikinis, makeup, hair-styling products, beauty products, etc. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and, for the safety of our customers, do not accept returns of beauty and health products.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Received the wrong product: If you accidentally received the wrong product, please also contact us to receive the correct item at no additional cost.
Item not received
If your item has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us so that we can investigate the situation and find a suitable solution. Your order may still be in transit. Find out more about our shipping policy here and check your order status on our tracking page.
Order cancellations
You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After 3 hours, our orders are stopped for processing, and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact info@cendurashop.com after placing your order.
Returns are always made at the sender's risk; return shipping costs will not be refunded.
